Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for assisting with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and assigned systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pumps, valves, and fire and life safety systems. Performs installation/modification of building equipment, replacement/repair of finishes, preventive maintenance evaluations, and emergency Response. Requires ability to use tools and equipment, maintain safety compliance, and work with building automation systems; 2+ years of related experience; valid driver's license; HS diploma or GED; willing to perform carpentry, snow removal, and occasional overtime. Location: Florence, KY.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
- Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to use technology such as; smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc.
