Job Summary
Operate, regulate, repair and shut down equipment; monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls; use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance ranging from complete overhaul to replacing defective valves, gaskets, or bearings. Maintain equipment logs, perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, pumps, motors, chillers, and related systems, identify potential problems by listening and observing machinery, and ensure safety devices are functioning. Develop a customer-service oriented relationship with clients and colleagues; supervise subcontractors on-site and assist in project status reporting and proposals. On-call 24 hours for urgent system issues; ensure compliance with client and company policies; maintain tools and equipment in safe condition. The compensation range is $25.08 - $29.50 per hour, with no less than minimum wage and factors such as location and experience affecting pay. Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of PLCs and/or motor controls (preferred)
