Job Summary
Maintain exterior grounds, pool area, and property by performing general exterior cleaning, grounds maintenance tasks, light maintenance, and turnover work orders; conduct pool chemical inspections and ensure property appearance and curb appeal; complete preventive maintenance in units, common areas, and equipment; perform lighting, smoke/CO detector inspections, and routine safety checks; manage inventory and supplies with cost-conscious practices; respond to residents’ needs with courteous, timely service and collaborate with Community Manager and other staff; adhere to safety standards and regulations (AWAIR, Fair Housing) and follow CSM SOPs; require valid driver’s license and be prepared to perform after-hours tasks as needed; CPO certification is preferred for pools.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPO Certification is preferred for properties with pools, or the ability to obtain certification based on policy guidelines
- Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required
