Maintenance Technician - Cru at Willows

Maintenance Technician role responsible for completing assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance across a 195-unit community. Duties include appliance repairs, make-ready tasks for new move-ins, exterior and common-area upkeep, vendor coordination, and routine inspections of equipment. Must be proficient with hand and power tools, basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, and follow safety procedures (OSHA). Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, ability to read/write and communicate effectively, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Flexible schedule with potential evenings/weekends/holidays and occasional travel to other properties.
