Maintenance Technician

Assist in all aspects of property maintenance including grounds, custodial, and emergency repairs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Perform corrective, preventative, and deferred maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors, utilizing personal transportation to fetch supplies from vendors. Maintain a neat appearance and obtain fair housing certification while responding promptly to general and specific maintenance issues. Work on feet, climb ladders, and lift varying weights as required. Perform additional duties assigned by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor. Requires high school diploma, HVAC certification, and strong organizational skills.
