Maintenance Technician

Assist in all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency repairs. Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work while climbing ladders, lifting materials, and utilizing personal transportation to acquire supplies. Obtain fair housing certification and maintain regular attendance. Respond promptly to general and specific maintenance issues while communicating effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and prospects. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor.
