Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Assist with all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency repairs. Perform indoor and outdoor work involving climbing stairs, ladders, and lifting equipment while frequently utilizing personal transportation to pick up supplies from vendors. Respond promptly to general and specific maintenance issues, communicating effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and prospects. Obtain fair housing certification and maintain regular attendance. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Responsible for obtaining fair housing certification
- Regular and prompt attendance required
- Maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
