Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets. Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work while maintaining property grounds through lawn care and snow removal. Respond to tenant requests for repairs and issues, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed. Must live within 20 miles of the property and hold a valid driver's license. Requires 2+ years of experience in property maintenance with strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must live within 20 miles (30 minutes) from property
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
