Job Summary
Perform assigned maintenance duties in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing laws. Maintain knowledge of utility shut-offs, fire equipment, and hydrant locations while assisting with interior and exterior upkeep, custodial tasks, and emergency repairs. Repair structural damage, execute groundskeeping and landscaping, ensure cleanliness of common areas, and service appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems. Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy through painting and general readiness. Requires 1-2 years of full-time maintenance experience and working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of full-time maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
- Must be able to pass a 3-year background check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing
