Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and upkeeping a property community per company standards, completing work orders promptly, preparing make-ready apartments (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, general repairs), ensuring safety and proper operation of building systems (heating, doors/windows, pumps, boilers, fire/safety systems), performing routine inspections and after-hours maintenance, and delivering strong customer service to residents. Requires maintenance skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC/pool, carpentry and painting; familiarity with MS Office and tablets; strong safety/compliance mindset; ability to manage multiple tasks, document work orders, and coordinate with supervisors. Must have high school education or equivalent, at least one year of maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and pass background/drug screening; full-time role in Seattle, WA with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
