Job Summary
Monitor and maintain laundry, kitchen, and guestroom equipment while performing daily preventive maintenance tasks such as changing HVAC filters, lubricating belts, and repairing locks. Execute work orders from night reports, assist with repair phases, and handle guest requests as assigned. Maintain tool storage, ensure key security, and keep work areas clean and organized. Weekend availability is required for evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. This role supports the hospitality team's mission to exceed guest expectations through safety-focused building and mechanical upkeep.
