Job Summary
Monitor and maintain laundry, kitchen equipment, guestrooms, and HVAC systems by changing filters, lubricating components, and repairing locks as needed. Check work orders and night reports daily to complete preventive maintenance tasks, perform general repairs in public areas, and respond to guest requests. Ensure security of assigned keys, maintain proper tool and chemical storage, and keep work areas organized. This part-time role supports the ultimate mission of ensuring guest satisfaction through flawless building and mechanical upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate clearly (Speaking and writing)
- Ability to utilize basic technology including a smartphone and a computer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred
