Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with emphasis on safety and security; perform preventive maintenance tasks across guestrooms, laundry, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and general facilities; change air-conditioning filters, inspect equipment for issues, perform lock repairs, and assist other engineering staff; manage work orders, adhere to preventive maintenance programs, and respond to guest requests while keeping work areas clean and organized; position requires clear communication and basic tech skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly (Speaking and writing)
- Ability to utilize basic technology including a smartphone and a computer
- Clean and professional appearance
