Job Summary
Monitor and maintain all laundry and kitchen equipment, guestrooms, and HVAC systems including filter changes and lubrication. Execute preventive maintenance work orders, check work orders and night reports for assignments, and perform repairs on locks and general areas. Assist in all phases of repair work, handle designated chemicals, and ensure security of assigned keys while keeping the work area organized. Maintain timelines and work schedules per the preventive maintenance program. Perform guest requests as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate clearly (Speaking and writing)
- Ability to utilize basic technology including a smartphone and a computer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred
