Maintenance Technician

Maintain building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with emphasis on safety and security; perform daily maintenance tasks per the preventive maintenance program to support guest satisfaction and exceptional stay; responsibilities include servicing laundry and kitchen equipment, guestrooms, doors/locks, HVAC systems, and general maintenance of public areas while maintaining cleanliness and organization; assist engineering personnel as directed and maintain proper use and storage of tools and chemicals; possess clear communication skills and basic technology use to document and execute work orders.
