Maintenance Technician - Crest at Altamonte

Maintenance Technician at Greystar responsible for diagnosing defects and performing repairs to maintain building systems, make-ready vacant apartments, manage inventory and supplies, complete documentation, and assist with grounds and common-area upkeep. Requires completing maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, OSHA training, and code requirements; perform pre-move-in inspections, create punch lists, coordinate vendors, and support cost-control by using materials efficiently. Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in various weather, travel occasionally, and be available for on-call after hours. EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant-certification required; valid driver’s license may be needed for golf-cart operation on property; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
