Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Creekside in Denver, CO: provides excellent resident service and supports apartment turns to ensure move-in readiness. Performs resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) under general direction, may mentor other technicians, and may assist with vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections. Works with AIR Communities’ technology-enabled workflow in a fast-paced, customer-service focused environment; must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to respond to emergency service requests on-call. Requires strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to move heavy equipment; on-site role at a 328-unit community with potential for growth through AIR’s Ascend development program.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environment
- Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
