Job Summary
Oversee and complete daily maintenance and repair across eight buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Conduct regular facility inspections, respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and health regulations. Implement preventive maintenance plans, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors to supervise outsourced work and procure cost-effective materials. Assist with renovation projects, monitor budgets, and track maintenance activities while enforcing safety protocols and emergency systems. Travel between sites daily using a personal or company vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Full-time role with standard hours, some evening/weekend, or on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years “hands on” in facility or building maintenance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with climbing, kneeling, bending, and working in confined or elevated areas
- Must work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions

- Occasional emergency response outside of regular hours
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Ability to patch drywall, paint, complete basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to work with a team or independently on complex repairs
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication with staff, vendors, and residents
- Knowledge of OSHA, local safety codes, and ADA requirements
