The Maintenance Technician position involves assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property, focusing on residential apartments and public areas. Responsibilities include property upkeep, appliance maintenance, making units market-ready, maintaining laundry rooms, pool maintenance, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in property maintenance and certifications in pool maintenance or HVAC and boiler are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in property maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Reliable means of transportation
- Proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
Desired Qualifications
- Pool certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Boiler certification preferred
