Job Summary
Complete resident and property service requests while owning your role at the property. Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, painting, pool upkeep, and minor carpentry. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and utilize your valid driver's license to service the community. EPA or CPO certification is a plus. Enjoy weekly on-call bonuses, paid certifications, and full medical benefits.

- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds, Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
