Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance, setting up, installing, dismantling, assembling, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment used in corrugated sheet production. Operates high-speed corrugating machines, robotic devices, conveyors, batch mixers, electrical distribution systems, and building automation; calibrates machines electrically and mechanically; schedules PMs and routine work orders; responds to emergency work orders; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong communication with all levels of plant operations; read/interpret schematics; OSHA-compliant; shifts available include 2nd (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd (11 pm–7 am).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing facility
- electro-mechanical maintenance
- read/interpret schematics
- experience with OSHA regulations
