Job Summary
Maintenance Technician will work with the service and office teams to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment homes, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC preventative maintenance and diagnostics, electrical fixtures, lock systems, and general upkeep. Responsibilities include tracking service requests, assisting with grounds and common areas, coordinating with the Lead Maintenance Technician, and being available for emergency maintenance. Role requires full-time availability and exposure to a range of repair tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems in a residential property setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license
- Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
- Available for emergencies as needed
