Job Summary
Maintain apartment community with 201 units; service requests and make-readies; perform grounds and pool maintenance; collaborate with teammates; provide excellent customer service to residents; manage time and communicate throughout the day; anticipate problems before they occur; bring hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and electrical to ensure quality workmanship; EPA required with CPO preferred; participate in on-call rotation; valid vehicle and tools required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recent hands-on experience in building maintenance
- Skills in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry and electrical
- EPA required, CPO preferred
- Resourceful problem solver
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation
