Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Conifer Realty for Molly Pitcher Landing in Chambersburg, PA. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventative maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, flooring, and cleaning to keep apartments move-in ready; grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, flower-bed care, and seasonal snow/ice removal; responding with urgency to work orders and coordinating with the office, plus rotating for emergency on-call coverage; ensuring safety and compliance with documentation and inspections; collaborating with peers and residents with professionalism and pride. Requirements include 2+ years of apartment/residential maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally), reliable transportation, and basic computer or mobile-app skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
