Job Summary
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Address resident service requests for repairs and oversee turnovers, conducting inspections and cleaning to prepare units for new residents. Maintain community curb appeal through landscaping and exterior upkeep while collaborating with contractors and property management. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance required, including proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
