Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances; address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance; oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents; maintain the community’s curb appeal including landscaping and exterior maintenance; collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management; participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance; ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards; perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent, including proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
