Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed for Villa Dorada Apartments in Calexico, CA. Responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; addressing resident service requests; overseeing unit turnovers and inspections; maintaining curb appeal and exterior maintenance; collaborating with technicians, contractors, and property management; participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies; ensuring safety and compliance with regulations; and performing additional duties as required. Requires 1-2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry; strong problem-solving, communication, customer focus, and flexibility.
