Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent

- ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment (drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC systems, plumbing tools)
- strong troubleshooting abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- customer-focused approach to serving residents
- flexibility to work a schedule including on-call rotation
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
