Job Summary
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner, perform preventative maintenance to keep systems and operate efficiently, and complete repairs to apartments, common areas, and property amenities. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while working independently with outstanding customer service. Requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule for emergency requests and flexible hours including evenings and weekends during unit turns. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns.
