Maintenance Technician (Como by the Lake) - NO ON-CALL

Maintenance Technician at Como by the Lake (Saint Paul, MN) is responsible for maintaining the property's condition to Aeon's standards, performing preventative maintenance, completing work orders, assisting with apartment turnovers, and handling interior/exterior upkeep. Key duties include plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs; HVAC and air handler maintenance; lock changes; general building upkeep; trash/removal management; groundskeeping and landscaping; seasonal duties (snow removal, salting); and ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents across a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call rotation. The role requires communication with residents and vendors, adherence to safety practices, and the ability to operate tools and equipment; certification in Special Boiler's License within six months is required. The position is full-time, in-person at the property with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office or other properties; compensation ranges from $28-$30 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.
