Job Summary
Diagnose defects and complete repairs on building systems, grounds, and amenities per safety standards and code requirements. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and managing supplies. Track inventory usage, return unused items, and notify supervisors for re-orders. Document all service requests and paperwork accurately. Assist with general cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting curbs and signage. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work. Maintain a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday calls.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices
- Working and reliable cellular device
- Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to take calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays
