Job Summary
Diagnose and repair defects in building systems, grounds, and amenities by completing assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and supplies. Manage inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs while documenting all service requests accurately. Perform general cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as required to maintain common areas. Comply with safety protocols by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work to ensure quality standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, utilizing a cellular device for on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices
- Working and reliable cellular device
- Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
