Job Summary

Maintenance Technician responsible for performing diverse community maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value; handle service requests for residents and improve vacant apartments to market-ready status; maintain a clean, professional community environment; perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more; address issues to prevent larger problems; represent ARI Apartment Management professionally and communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors; participate in after-hours on-call rotations to respond to emergencies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance
  • Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus
  • CPO preferred, or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
