Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for regular property inspections and a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, landscaping, painting, and wall/ceiling/floor repairs. Will respond to on-call maintenance requests and must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Required to have a valid driver's license and own transportation; strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
