Job Summary
Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance rounds, log and date equipment checks and repairs, complete routine repairs and cosmetic repairs, and conduct outdoor maintenance as part of a team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. The role requires adherence to department, center, and corporate policies, participation in training, and the ability to manage available resources. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience; the position is full-time and based at Mercer Healthcare Center in Bluefield, WV, within a post-acute care environment that emphasizes safety and infection-control standards.
