Job Summary
Receive written or verbal orders from a supervisor to maintain and repair physical structures, grounds, and community equipment. Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, fertilizing, and pruning common areas, pools, and RV storage zones. Clean street surfaces, paint speed bumps, re-strip parking areas, and keep all drains, sidewalks, and recreation facilities free of debris. Winterize outside faucets in community buildings and assist with rebuilding carports as directed. Maintain and test vehicles, lawn tools, and miscellaneous equipment. Paint or repair structures only with supervisor direction. Complete timecards twice daily, demonstrate attention to detail, and resolve problems promptly while following safety and security procedures.
