Job Summary
Maintain and repair physical structures, grounds, and recreational facilities by executing written or verbal orders from a supervisor. Perform landscaping duties including mowing, fertilizing, and pruning common areas, RV storage zones, and vacant yards. Maintain pools, street surfaces, parking areas, and drains while testing community equipment and tools. Paint or repair structures and rebuild carports only with supervisor direction. Winterize faucets in all community buildings and assist other maintenance workers as needed. Complete timecards twice daily and prioritize work activities to ensure timely completion.
