MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Maintenance Technician for a part-time role in Hayden, ID. Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings, performs unit turnovers, maintains grounds and common areas, and services community facilities and equipment. Performs minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects, helps with landscaping and groundskeeping including mowing, fertilizing, weeding, trimming, edging, and debris removal. Repaints or repairs community structures under supervisor direction, winterizes outside faucets, and assists other maintenance workers on varied projects. Requires punctuality, attention to detail, good customer service, ability to read and interpret written information, and adherence to safety procedures. May operate vehicles and landscaping tools; 401K and PTO available after 90 days; part-time hourly position.
