Job Summary
Maintain and repair physical structures, complete minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects, and perform unit turnovers. Assist landscapers in maintaining grounds, vacant yards, and RV storage areas by mowing, fertilizing, weeding, and trimming. Clean street surfaces, drains, sidewalks, and recreation facilities, including painting speed bumps and re-striping parking areas. Test community equipment and winterize outside faucets as directed. Work part-time, 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Is consistently at work and on time.
- Completes timecard twice per day; upon arrival and departure.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.

- Must be available for PART-TIME 15 hours per week job, Monday thru Friday.
