Job Summary
Perform property renovations, unit turnovers, and routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting work. Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment like light fixtures, outlets, and garbage disposals, then complete work orders from start to finish while maintaining clean and safe work areas. Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently using hand and power tools. You'll participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to handle urgent issues independently and professionally, escalating to licensed vendors when necessary. A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required for traveling between properties.
