Job Summary
Oversee and troubleshoot ongoing maintenance, service, and repairs for assigned commercial real estate properties, including wall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. Manage inventory of repair supplies, monitor the monthly maintenance budget, and prioritize multiple projects while providing grounds maintenance such as snow removal and landscaping. Perform minor janitorial duties as needed and demonstrate core values of respect, expertise, and community partnership with customers and team members. Requires a valid US driver's license, three years in maintenance or construction, and proficiency in basic carpentry tools.
