Job Summary
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues while responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections, and assist in the installation and setup of new equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards and collaborate with the team to support overall facility operations. Occasional shifts or on-call availability are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional shifts or be on-call as needed
