Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the safe inspection, repair, installation, and maintenance of all plant equipment and systems to ensure optimal plant performance. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; fabricates, welds, cuts, and assembles components; operates mobile equipment (forklifts, service trucks); adheres to safety policies (LOTO, WA H, confined space); documents activities and collaborates with production, electrical, and operations teams; overtime may be required; compensation is $41.55-$46.55 per hour; comprehensive benefits and a safety-focused, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or millwright work (cement, aggregates, mining, or heavy manufacturing environment preferred)
