Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and production equipment; conduct preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime; diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues; read schematics and manuals; document maintenance logs; ensure safety compliance; collaborate with production to improve equipment performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, CNC or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
