Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; assist with installation, setup and calibration of equipment; support preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure reliability; maintain service logs and parts inventory; ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA/environmental standards; collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime while applying strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and reporting
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards
