Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues; assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new or repaired equipment; support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability; maintain accurate maintenance records, including service logs and parts inventory; ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards; collaborate with production and engineering teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environment
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
