Job Summary
Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents while performing general repairs and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas. Support the upkeep of property amenities, conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, and assist with seasonal operations like snow removal. Ensure work areas remain clean and safe while collaborating with site staff, management, and external vendors. Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and report hazards immediately. This role requires a valid Class G driver's license, personal vehicle, and ability to work on-site at 25 Tindale Ct Hamilton, ON, including after-hours rotational response. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating systems
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have valid, class G driver's license
