Job Summary
Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents while performing general repairs and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas. Support property amenities, conduct regular inspections to identify needs, and assist with seasonal operations like snow removal. Ensure work areas remain clean and safe, collaborating with site staff, management, and external vendors while adhering to all workplace health and safety policies. Maintain a valid class G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, with the ability to respond to emergencies during regular hours and participate in an after-hours rotational response team if required.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating systems
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have valid, class G driver's license
