Job Summary
Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, while delivering outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and city departments. Complete work orders promptly, document resident damages with photos, and bill for neglect or misuse. Maintain cleanliness across offices, common areas, and grounds, addressing potential liability issues and complying with all codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with the leasing office to coordinate requests and optimize resident satisfaction. Requires proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction skills including sheetrock, painting, and groundskeeping.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
