Job Summary
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in performing repairs and preventive maintenance across the property, including residential apartments and public spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining property appearance, troubleshooting appliance issues, preparing units for market readiness, maintaining laundry rooms, and performing routine pool maintenance if applicable. Strong customer service skills are essential to meet and exceed resident satisfaction and respond to emergencies as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
- Reliable means of transportation
- Proof of personal auto liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Pool certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Boiler certification preferred
